The keyboard came with a broken pedal but as soon as they heard they replaced it. The replacement works great.

The updated version of the Soroco sustain pedal for electronic Piano and Keyboards is vastly superior to the original one.The original one was light and flimsy, with no rubber bottom but instead 4 four small buttons that did not grip the floor or carpet underneath, and the pedal went flying into the air in the midst of playing. The pedal itself was some type of metal. I returned this item to Amazon immediately and ordered an updated version of the same pedal.It was like night and day. The updated pedal is heavier and more sturdy, with a rubberized base that provides plenty of grip and prevents sliding. Also, the top of the pedal itself is rubberized, giving more friction and, therefore, excellent control.I was very pleased with the new Soroco pedal's features. It was hard to believe the incredible improvement compared to the original version, which should be withdrawn from the market, especially since the two are priced exactly the same
