I’ve been using the Lancelot DTF printer for a little while now, and while I did run into a few hiccups during the initial setup, I have to give major credit to the customer service team. They responded quickly, walked me through everything step by step, and got me up and running in no time.Like any DTF printer, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first. It definitely takes some trial and error to get the hang of it, but once you understand the process, it becomes pretty straightforward and easy to operate. The print quality is seriously impressive — vibrant colors and great texture, even on larger designs.What really sets this printer apart is the ongoing support. The team checks in regularly to make sure everything is still running smoothly, and they genuinely care that you’re getting the best out of your machine.As long as you stick to the daily maintenance they recommend, the Lancelot runs like a champ. It handles large image files without lag and delivers clean, professional results fast.Highly recommend this printer. I’d absolutely buy from them again.

Highly recommend! Support was very helpful and very easy instructions for the set up process! Printer is amazing and the quality of the images are a chefs kiss! If you are doubting or procrastinating getting this printer this is your sign to go ahead and get it. It is very easy to function.

It took 2 hours of effort to set up, but their customer support is really good. Just top notch, helped me troubleshoot a print head that wouldn’t behave out of the box but Jeeper got it figured out in 20 minutes. I was set up & printing transfers the same day. The installation for this printer is way better than others, despite the initial trouble I ran into. 2 hours to set up and test a DTF printer for the first time really isn’t that bad.The print quality is phenomenal, and the transfers work really well once powdered and cured. The value for what I paid is REALLY good, imo. There's a tear in the one in the photo I attached, but that was my fault. I’m printing transfers that are much better AND cheaper than what I was buying from transfer print websites, and the turnaround time (an hour of my time) is much faster. And I don’t pay shipping. I was struggling with TAT versus having enough of what my customers want in stock for shows without spending hundreds of dollars per order. This printer is worth it.Some tips:- have a pry bar ready. They do not mess around with shipping this in durable packaging. It was in an actual crate.- have a Philips head screwdriver ready. You don’t have to screw much in but you will need it for about 8 small screws.- have disposable gloves and a mask.- make sure you have adequate ventilation, and somewhere safe to park the oven (it radiates some heat - not excessively, but don’t put it on top of a stack of paper or anything).- Have a basic way to control temperature and humidity where you put it. Setting the room up for this printer felt like prepping a terrarium for a pet lizard. I’m kidding, it’s not that bad, but if you feel cold in the room, it’s probably too cold for your printer. And get a dehumidifier or some damp rid if you live somewhere super humid like I do.Basically I love this printer, and I’m glad I picked this one after shopping around for about a year.

The original printer was giving some issues but they sent a replacement and the customer service has been amazing! The prints are beautiful and the printer is excellent for its value.

Absolutely, stay away. This product is not at all what is advertised. First off, it took hours to install because they didn't send me the correct software or a driver. Secondly, we never got three prints in a row EVER. If it wasn't the white ink, it was the ink pad, or the print head, or something. EVERY TIME! Also, it was assembled incorrectly, so the tray where the roll went into was offset, and the plate wouldn't fit. We had to feed paper by hand. Furthermore, the prints were almost impossible to estimate in size as they did not print to the size selected. Customer service was the worst. They literally told me to take it apart and fix it myself! They wanted to charge me a whole bunch of money to send it in to be fixed after that! Oh, and the oven quit after two months. They sent me a replacement switch for it (that we had to disassemble the oven to fix), and thenit wouldn't get hot enough to bake it. One thing after another. Ink doesn't stay in the jugs either. Sprayed or spilled all the time. A literal waste of money. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
