It IS a solid piece, pretty easy to put together. 1 point, the 4 butterfly pieces to connect the top half to the bottom half each piece has a punch out piece which the top half's frame parts slide down onto these butterfly parts with the bent 'shelf' being used as something the frame poles 'rests' on, make sure you have all 4 of these 'joiners are all set up the same way, 2nd, the short support pieces that go across the middle of each shelf you have to bend the extension piece tab down and then insert into the slots on the frame pieces. Quite satisfyed, would buy again.

I thought this was much bigger when ordered… ended up using this in an inside room and looks great! Easy to assemble, solid quality, not super heavy at all. Plenty of shelf space

Took me a minute to put together. Not as wide as I thought but a good size. Love that I could put side by side .

I don't write many reviews but after putting these shelves together and them going together VERY easily I knew I had to review this product. The instructions were super easy to follow and everything was packaged neatly in the box and they even included gloves! The shelves are very sturdy. More sturdy that I expected. I wasn't looking to spend a fortune on shelves and these give you the most bang for your buck, for sure!

Item was a lot small then expected. Yes had 5 racks. But I'm 5'3 and I am taller then then the shelf. I got this as part of a gift for my husband and we seen the box once it was delivered and laughed. Continued to open and set up and the material is poor. Flimsy. It is not made for anything heavy. This is more of a pantry rack. Not made for outside or in the garage. Very upset with the quality. And for as long as it took to arrive. This makes the saying of " what you pay, is what you get!" TRUE.OUR OPINION DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT. I MAY ONLY LAST A MONTH OR TWO IF THAT. 🤬

Cheap insert for shelves. One level had slots for crossbar cut in uneven…was off center by a half inch. Not thrilled with it but put together now. Not willing to use it where intended but will stick in shed for cheap storage

Why does nobody warn you about the SMELL????I put these in my bedroom and it made me super sick.It smells like formaldehyde, burning plastic and burning wood and cancer, super bad.Was making my head hurt super bad and I woke up super sick each day until I left the house.I finally wrapped each shelf board with 20 bucks in shelf liner stick on plastic to basically seal in the smell.That seems to have done the trick.Other than that, it's what you'd expect from a cheap chinese shelf.I attached it to the wall and it's working as expected.If it was assembled free standing it would probably not be super stable, but it's cheap and works.
