Great kindle alternative using android
I was honestly surprised with how decent this tablet is. It’s not the strongest piece of equipment but for the price it works quite well. It took a little bit to turn off some of the default apps that I don’t plan on using, but once I got all the non essential apps disabled or uninstalled it seemed quite snappy. Even browsing the web is pretty responsive as long as you don’t have 10+ tabs open. The main reason I got this tablet was because my old kindles battery started expanding and pushing the screen out so I mainly plan on using it for kindle reading and reading some manga. The screen is bright enough and the letters and images are crisp. Honestly it is a step up from the kindle that I have had since 2020.I can’t say anything about the battery yet (reason being I’ve only had it for a day) but so far it seems like as long as I don’t have the brightness turned up all the way the battery will be more then sufficient for what I’m asking from the tablet. The WiFi strength is honestly better than my old kindle, that thing struggled to work on 5ghz in my bedroom and this thing works just fine.If you plan on using this tablet for gaming I would look for something a little more powerful (sad to say the 8 inch size is hard to find with a good cpu/ram) but for a kindle alternative it works amazing.

Good tablet, but with bloatware
Overall a good tablet, but comes with a fair amount of Lenovo bloatware. I will most likely give it 5 stars after I root it and install a custom ROM like Lineage OS for a pure android experience

Excellent value tablet
Excellent value tablet. It has great specifications and a lightweight frame. It's easy to hold and manage. The screen is great for indoor use with a bright, vibrant screen. Battery life is decent for a tablet its size. The software does not lag and overall a good quality tablet.

Adequate for the price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this tablet to do particularly 3 things - listen to Spotify, listen to Hoopla audio books, and watch videos using Brave browser, so that I don't drain my phone's battery using it , while at home. For those needs this tablet more than delivers. It is not by any means a powerhouse, and I'd not recommend it if you want to play games or even open a bunch on chrome tabs, but it opens the apps I need it to open adequately fast, and the speakers, albeit a bit flat, are plenty lound. I had tried to use a Fire tablet for the same purpose and sent it back immediately,- it was laggy, slow, speakers were bad and I couldn't install Brave browser on it. All in all - if you are buying this tablet for light use cases - it works great.

Very basic tablet good price
This is a basic tablet and unfortunately because I was used to the way the Samsung Galaxy tablets are, I am almost ready to throw this away and just buy a real Samsung Galaxy tablet. I just find it frustrating to use, but maybe I just need a better case for it. It's very heavy. I wanted it because supposedly it has 4 GB memory, and my old Galaxy Tab light seven, sometimes stutters when I'm trying to get Viki streaming. So I thought I should try this Lenovo tab, but I think that 4 GB memory is highly overrated and I still prefer my old 3gb memory Samsung. I think this tablet is fine if you've never used Samsung quality devices.

Bundled with garbage apps. Otherwise a good product for the price.
This tablet comes with A LOT of annoying bloatware. They try to market Candy Crush and Mahjong as "essential apps". Then, if you remove the entertainment hub, it leaves and annoying white dot that can't be easily removed. If you have any sense of technology literacy, you will be terribly annoyed by the amount of garbage apps they are trying to peddle to you. They get some sort of money from bundling these apps with their products and hope that unsuspecting people leave them on the device to be played or simply have their data collected from them. The tablet itself is great for the price, but the software included makes this a very regrettable purchase. I will be forcing a custom android OS on the device due to how annoying this is.

A Fantastic E-Reader
I got this instead of buying a dedicated e-reader, because I wanted the ability to use reading apps from any sources I borrow or purchase from. It’s not super fast, but it’s very, very good as a reader and fast enough for that. The size is great and it comes with a cover included. I plan to add a matte screen protector to tone down some of the reflection, but I find it very useable as is.I received updates to the latest android version immediately. The price to use this tablet for an android based e-reader is great.

Huge Value
For the money, it's hard to beat. I'll use it mostly for web-bsed research and emails. Relatively easy set-up. Bright, crisp display. Surprisingly swift; the 4gb of RAM make a difference. I'm shocked at how good this little tablet is. 4 out of 5 stars because there's too much bloatware, no flash for the camera and Lenovo advertised a "folio case" which wasn't included.
